At Resilient Pathways Therapy, we believe that everyone has the ability to lead a meaningful and fulfilling life. Our philosophy is rooted in the belief that holistic well-being is integral to overall health, and that therapy can be a powerful tool for achieving this balance.

We take a caring, strength-based approach that supports your whole self—mind, body, and spirit. Together, we’ll identify and address stressors, build trust, and set meaningful goals that empower you on your path to healing and personal growth.

We address a variety of concerns such as trauma, recovery (alcohol and drugs), depression, re-entering the community after being under correctional control, and crisis intervention or prevention. With advanced training in trauma-focused interventions—such as EMDR and TF-CBT—we provide compassionate, evidence-based care to support healing and personal growth.
Lived experiences shape how we see ourselves and the world—and sometimes leave us relying on patterns that no longer serve us. My own journey, marked by loss, resilience, and healing, informs the compassionate and grounded space I offer to every client. I support individuals in healing from the past, rebuilding trust in themselves and others, and cultivating a deeper sense of peace in the present.
I work with people navigating grief and loss, trauma, chronic illness, disability, relationship challenges, substance use and questions of meaning and purpose. My approach is relational and collaborative—I walk alongside you with deep listening, respect for your story, and steady, compassionate guidance.
I warmly welcome LGBTQ+ individuals, people of all ethnic and cultural backgrounds, those of any faith or none at all, and individuals living with visible or invisible disabilities. While my work is rooted in my own faith and shaped by both personal and professional experience, therapy can thoughtfully integrate spiritual practices such as prayer, faith-based meditation, and scripture when desired. Together, we tailor our work to support your unique path toward healing, growth, connection, and transformation.
Outside the therapy room, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, meeting new people, exploring new places, and practicing self-care. I also find deep meaning in connecting with and supporting vulnerable members of our community in ways that honor their dignity and inherent worth. I am committed to ongoing training and learning to continually deepen my ability to support others on their path to healing. These experiences inform my holistic approach to therapy—one rooted in joy, connection, and personal growth.
