The first session is focused on understanding what's bringing you in and what you'd like to see change. We'll move at a pace that feels manageable while beginning to identify patterns, strengths, and next steps. 

A brief consultation can help determine fit. You'll have space to ask questions, share what you're looking for, and decide if moving forward feels right for you.

Sessions may be offered in-person or virtually, depending on availability and your preference.

Most clients begin with weekly sessions to build consistency and momentum. Frequency may adjust over time based on your needs and progress.

You're welcome to reach out on behalf of a family member. We can discuss next steps and how to best support them moving forward.

Appointments require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellation or rescheduling. This helps maintain consistency in care and availability for others.

Yes. What you share in session is confidential, with a few legal exceptions that will be explained during the intake process.

This practice does not provide 24/7 crisis services. If you are in immediate danger, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.
